Founder
Stephanie Fruth brings strategy consulting and experiential learning together to help organizations solve consequential business problems and develop their next generation of leaders.
She is Co-Academic Program Director of the Chief AI Officer program within Duke Executive Education and teaches at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and Pratt School of Engineering. A former McKinsey consultant, her work spans strategy, operations, AI, and leadership development.
At Vitalise Ventures, Stephanie works alongside client teams to frame the right question, test assumptions, and turn evidence into a practical recommendation. Coaching is built into the work, so teams strengthen their judgment and their ability to carry the recommendation forward.
