A senior leader from your organization owns the business question, provides access and protected time, and engages at key decisions. They connect the project team’s recommendation to your priorities.
Project team
Employees from across your organization bring company knowledge, investigate the question, test options, and develop the recommendation. This project team builds the skills and judgment to carry the work forward.
Vitalise advisor
An external Vitalise advisor structures the problem solving, challenges assumptions, and coaches your project team through analysis and executive communication. Reflection connects the work to each person’s development.
Specialist support
External specialists add technical, industry, data, or functional expertise when needed. Together, we agree their scope and responsibilities, including what your project team can test and what needs further validation.
