Our client is a boutique venture capital firm investing in companies focused on clean energy and AI-driven innovation.
The client aimed to establish a presence in Canada by proposing two major initiatives: a clean-tech manufacturing facility and an AI Innovation Hub. They needed a proposal aligned with Canadian government priorities to secure project support. They also required help developing core messaging and value propositions for six portfolio companies to create a compelling narrative.
OUR APPROACH
We collaborated closely with the client to develop a detailed proposal, emphasizing how their projects aligned with Canada’s national goals in clean energy, technology, and job creation.

OUR APPRENTICESHIP
Client personnel initially shadowed our team during interviews and gradually took the lead as their confidence grew.
We had client personnel drive the synthesis of quantitative data, create slides, and assist in storytelling, which improved their top-down communication skills and fostered deeper engagement with the project.
By the end of the project, the client's team was better equipped to manage future initiatives independently, having gained hands-on experience throughout the process.
